New Astra Sugar Ca(S) Guard column

Do you need a protection of the analytical column for sugar analysis? Use our new Astra® Sugar Ca(S) 30 mm × 8 mm Guard column. This guard column has been developed as the protection for Calcium form sugar columns. You can connect it to the analytical column using:

• Column coupler (direct connection). This is recommended in the case you are using long enough column oven
• PEEK capillary wiht HPLC fittings if you do not have sufficient length of the column oven.

ASTRA Sugar H(S) column

Astra Sugar H(S) column has been launched. This columns offers higher speed of analysis up to 1.5 mL/min. It is suitable for analysis of organic acids and sugars in various matrixes, like vinegars, fermentation products. See the application note for Balsamic vinegar.

Astra Sugar H(S) uses the novel technology of plymer synthesis and crossliniking. This brings following benefits:

Preparative guard column system (PGS)

Based on the customer demand, we extended our range of guard cartridges for use in preparative chromatography. Preparative guard column system (PGS) is intended for use with 21.2 mm or 10 mm ID preparative HPLC columns (two different models). This holder is used with cartridges, which have to be ordered separately.

TLC-Flash Reader

The multifunctional TLC plate reader is intended for use with TLC plates up to 8.5 cm (width) and 12.5 cm (length). The TLC-FlashReader can be paired with all PuriFlash^® Gen 5, puriFlash^® XS 520 Plus & puriFlash^® 535-XL Flash Chromatographs. This brings a great advantage, as it is possible to easily convert the TLC method to FLASH purification. More information can be found here .

A Rapid, Precise Test for Ochratoxin in Cocoa and other Complex Samples
