Try & Buy program

Try&Buy program is intended for the laboratories who would like to develope method on Chromservis Chromline HPLC columns. Chromservis will offer this suppport under following conditions:

Duration

The standard Try & Buy period is one month. Should the analysis confirm that the column meets the required performance specifications, the customer shall be obligated to proceed with the purchase. Chromservis will invoice the customer or partner in accordance with the initial quotation. In the event that the results do not meet the specified requirements, the customer may return the column.

Permitted Analyses

• Only pure substances or certified reference standards may be analyzed.
• The use of ion-pairing agents is strictly prohibited.
• If your application requires ion-pairing or any other deviation, prior consultation with a Chromservis representative is mandatory.

Customer Obligations

• Provide details of the intended application
• Submit measured results and analysis reports, including chromatograms, as part of the Try & Buy evaluation report
• Indicate the total number of injections performed

Column Return Requirements

• After completing all analyses, the column must be thoroughly rinsed to remove any buffers
• Store the column in the recommended Storage Solvent (refer to the Column Care Guide or Column Quality Control Certificate)

Packaging and Documentation

Return the column and packaging in original condition:

• Original box without markings
• End plugs in place (properly sealed)
• Inlcude the Column Certificate and the completed Try&Buy form (report)
