Nitrogen Generators Tower Plus

The new series of Nitrogen generator modules N2-TOWER Plus produces high purity Nitrogen for all major applications in analytical laboratories. Nitrogen generators eliminate the typical problems associated with the handling of high pressure gastanks and they reduce the cost for high purity Nitrogen immediately.

The Nitrogen generators of the N2 Tower Plus series are ideal for:

• GC-Carrier Gas and Make-Up Gas
• HPLC-ELSD nebulization gas
• GC-FTIR purge gas
• Incubators
• Purge gas for heat analysis TGA,DSC

The compressed air from an outside source (not included) is pre-cleaned by passing through a coalescent and charcoal filter before the oxygen is removed by the double column pressure swing adsorption (PSA) system. One of the PSA columns is active whilst the second one is pressure-regenerated. The removed gases like Oxygen are released back to the atmosphere.

The investment for the Nitrogen generator is recuperated in about one year since there is no extra cost anymore for handling, transporting, storing and purchasing the high pressure gastanks. The installation is very simple and quick as is the routine maintenance. The only maintenance needed on N2 Tower Plus is replacing the Coalescent cartridge.
