MSPE centrifugation column

Micro-Solid-Phase-Extraction (MSPE) is a very simple sample preparation technique that uses a centrifugal filter with a membrane and a sorbent – that is, extraction and filtration in one step. MSPE columns do not require the use of an SPE manifold and thus significantly simplify the preparation of samples, for which a centrifuge is used. MSPE columns are fitted with a membrane filter ensuring sample filtration after extraction and thus eliminating the use of syringe filters.
