Measuring N2O (laughing gas) using GASTEC detection tubes

Nitrous oxide (N₂O) is commonly known as laughing gas. It is used in various industries, such as medicine, food processing, and agriculture, particularly as an anesthetic in the medical field. Developing a detection tube for N₂O was a challenge for Gastec. In the end, they succeeded. However, we are pleased to announce that the Pyrotube No. 52 tube is capable of measuring nitrous oxide in the range of 50–1000 ppm.
To perform the measurement, you will need:
1. a Gastec GVE-100S or GVE-110S pump
2. a Pyrotec 810-840 pyrolyzer
3. 810-52 tube for nitrous compounds
