Clean-Up C2 (Ethyl) unendcapped 100mg/1mL, 100 pkg

This sorbent is composed of a silica backbone bonded with hydrocarbon chains. Ethyl phase, similar to C4. Secondary interactions with polar compounds are more pronounced due to shorter alkyl chains. For compounds, which are too strongly retained on C8 or C4.

General method for column with 100mg of sorbent

Condition

1 mL Methanol

Equilibrate

1 mL DI Water

Load

Pretreated sample

Wash

1 mL 5 % Methanol in DI Water, dry under vacuum for 2–5 min

Elute

1 mL Methanol
